Refunds and cancellations

We want you to feel safe agreeing a plan with us. You pay nothing until your plan is agreed, you can change your mind, and lessons you have paid for but not received are always refunded or rescheduled.

The booklet is free, and talking to us is free. You owe nothing until you have agreed a personalized plan and a payment method with us.

If you change your mind within 14 days of agreeing your plan, tell us and we will refund any payment for lessons that have not yet taken place. If you asked for lessons to start within those 14 days, we simply deduct the lessons already delivered.

Life happens. If you need to move or cancel a lesson, message us on WhatsApp as early as you can and we will rearrange it with your teacher.

If a lesson you paid for did not happen, or something was not right, talk to us. We will put it right with a refund, a replacement lesson, or a change to your plan, whichever you prefer.

Nothing in this policy reduces your rights as a consumer under UK law.
