Who we are

This site is run by FARIS SHARIF LTD (Company No. 17212008), registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means FARIS SHARIF LTD, the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to serve you:

  • Your first name and WhatsApp number, when you ask for the free booklet.
  • Your name, email address, and password, if you create a student account.
  • The learning records you choose to keep in your portal: your daily wird, your memorisation progress, and the questions you ask your teacher.
  • Basic technical logs (like your IP address) that our hosting provider records to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use your details to send you the booklet, reply to you, agree your learning plan, and run your student portal. That is all. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not track you across other websites.

We never sell your data

Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. Not to anyone, not for any reason.

Who we share it with

Only the trusted services that make the site work: the providers that host the site, keep our data stored securely, and deliver our emails. When you message us on WhatsApp, your messages pass through WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. These providers process your data for us and are not allowed to use it for themselves. You can ask us for the current list at any time.

Cookies

The public site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you sign in to the student portal, we set the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and nothing more.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we are in touch or while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless the law requires us to keep a record.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just message us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
